What if I only need therapy occasionally?
We can discuss alignment sessions to support your healing journey toward success. Sometimes, we all need to talk to someone objectively who knows we got this.

What if I start feeling worse than before I began meeting?
Sometimes, when we allow ourselves to feel or begin working on creating habits around mental health, we push play to thoughts and feelings that were once being avoided. There are risks and benefits to mental health processing.
It’s best to talk to us about your history, what has worked or not worked, and where you are now so that we can fully support you with self-regulation and grounding skills before going further into processing.
